TERMS AND CONDITION
Products
1. All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for local delivery only.
2. Certain flowers and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
3. Floral products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
4. If we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full.
Prices
1. All prices of flowers are in Philippine Peso. Prices are subject to change without prior notice during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.
2. We increase our flowers and plants prices during PEAK PERIODS since our suppliers increase their prices but we will return to regular rates after that covered occasions.
3. Product prices exclude the local delivery charge. the charge for your selected delivery area can be viewed in the delivery info section of the site.
4. Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate set by customs and excise.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Contact us directly thru our phone numbers posted on our website for inquiries and orders.
2. During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

1. Orders will be confirmed only once full payment received. If requested, the sender will be notified after delivery of flowers to the recipient.

When sending through remittance centers, do not forget the control number/transaction number, the name of the sender, address of sender and amount. An order will be served after confirmation of payment. We could also Collect payment in an office or home address. Collection fee depends on the location.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. The sender must provide accurate and complete delivery information. Contact number is required. We will call the sender or the recipient to verify the correct address if we think it is needed to prevent the delay and non-delivery.
2. The additional delivery fee will be charged to a sender for re-deliver and re-route deliveries.
3. Refusal of flowers delivery by the recipient is still considered as delivered.
4. Where the delivery staff is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbor, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
5. Where a third party is involved during delivery, such as hospitals, airports, hotels and private buildings, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
6. In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we (including the florist or third party delivering your order) reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.
7. We replace flower delivery without charge if it is company’s fault. However, complaints will be entertained within 48 hours only from the time of delivery.
8. Delivery rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please check with our staff for the delivery rate information specific to your order's destination.
Delivery lead-time:
Metro manila: 2 to 6 hours after order is confirmed
These delivery schedules are not applicable during peak seasons. We do not commit time of delivery during MOTHER'S, FATHER'S, VALENTINES, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S and ALL SAINTS DAY. Customers who placed their order in advance at least a week will be prioritized. Cut off period will apply during mothers day, father's day and valentines day.
